Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Diwakar Singh has accepted notice on behalf of Gaon Sabha.
The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 27.3.2018 passed by the Addl. Commissioner (First), Allahabad Division, Allahabad (first respondent) in Revision No.C- 201802000000125 of 2018 Distt. Kaushambi between the parties (Virendra Kumar v. Gaon Panchayat & Ors.) and the order dated 9.1.2018 passed by Up-Ziladhikari, Manjhanpur, Kaushambi and for a direction to the respondents not to make interference in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and find that twice the matter has been seen by the competent authority as well as revisional authority and no good ground has been made out to interfere in the matter. The Court also does not find any infirmity or illegality in the orders impugned.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed. However, dismissal of the present writ petition would not come in the way of the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the appropriate forum.
