Though the petition for writ is called twice. None responds from the side of the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Advocate that a final report in the matter has already been filed before the competent court court on 2nd February, 2018. It is further submitted that the alleged missing girl Km. Aarti D/O Sri Surendra who has been recovered, in her statement recorded by the competent magistrate, as per provisions of Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she left her house voluntarily and entered into a wedlock with one Sri Balveer and presently she is residing with Balveer.
Learned A.G.A. has also placed on record a photostat copy of the statement said to be given by Km. Arti.
Having considered all these facts, nothing survives in this petition for writ. Hence the same is dismissed.
