Heard learned counsel for parties.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for revision of pensionary benefits in terms of the recommendation made by 7th Pay Commission, shall be duly evaluated and a reasoned decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order and with due notice to the concerned parties.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
