The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceedings including impugned revisional order dated 27.03.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Bareilly in criminal revision No. 296 of 2017 and impugned summoning order dated 03.10.2016 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.6, Bareilly in Complaint Case No. 599 of 2016 (Somwati vs. Virendra and others) under Section 498-A I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, 1961, Police Station- Fatehpur Pashchimi, District- Bareilly.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants states that there are chances of mediation between the parties as the matter arises out of the matrimonial dispute.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall appear for mediation before the District Mediation Centre on or before 6th July, 2018.
It is made clear that the mediation proceedings shall be concluded by the next two dates by the concerned Mediation Centre and the mediation report shall be forwarded to the court concerned where the complaint case is registered.
Until the completion of the mediation proceedings, no coercive measures shall be taken in the aforesaid complaint case against the applicants.
