This petition alleges disobedience of an interim order dated 14 March 2011 which had provided that parties to the writ petition would maintain status quo existing as on that date with regard to the nature and possession over the land in dispute. The only allegation made in this petition is that the opposite parties have destroyed the standing crops. This clearly cannot amount to changing the nature of the land or affecting the possessory rights of the applicant.
The petition is misconceived and is dismissed.
