1. This appeal is of the year 2005. Fourteen years have elapsed, but appellant have not taken steps. On 27.9.2019, 18.10.2019 and 19.12.2019, learned counsel for the appellant has sought adjournment on the ground of illness.

2. I have no other option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution, hence this appeal as well as Application filed under Section 5 seeking condonation of delay, both are dismissed for want of prosecution.
