Petitioner has challenged the order dated 26th of May, 2010 passed by the Director, Social Welfare, Lucknow, whereby has been attached in the office of Deputy Director, Social Welfare, Bareli Division, Bareli during suspension period. Upon perusal of charges levelled against him, I am of the view that the same did not lead to substantiate of the petitioner. Therefore, I hereby stay the order impugned dated 26th of May, 2010 passed Director, Social Welfare, Lucknow with liberty to the opposite party to proceed with the enquiry and finalize the same expeditiously with the cooperation of the petitioner.

Four weeks' time as prayed by the opposite parties is allowed to file counter affidavit.
