1. Heard Sri Harischandra holding brief of Sri Pulak Ganguly for the petitioners as well as learned Standing counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner confines his prayer to the effect that he may be permitted to move appropriate application under Section 139 of U.P. Revenue Code for exchange of land and a suitable direction may be given to the authority concerned to consider and decide the same
3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
4. In view of above, it is provided that the petitioner may move an application before the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned within a period of three weeks from today under Section 139 of U.P. Land Revenue Code.
5. In case, such an application is moved the authority concerned shall proceed to decide the case expeditiously after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
6. With aforesaid direction the petition stands disposed of.
