Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit which shall disclose in the record all relevant facts and evidences including the following facts:
A. The particulars and the name of the account holder to which the amounts were credited.
B. The directors and other high up functionaries of the company who have been investigated and reasons for not investigating others.
C. Whether the company is willing to pay back the investors.
D. Registration and other details of the company to carry on such business.
E. Total assets of the company and the Directors and whether the same have been seized or not.
F. Status and role of the applicant in the company.
Learned A.G.A. on behalf of the State shall also file a response to the same.
Put up this matter on 17.01.2022 in the list of fresh cases. Learned counsel for the informant shall also file counter affidavit in the matter.
