List has been revised but nobody is present on behalf of the applicant.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 26.03.2012 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.12888 of 1992 (Virendra Kumar Yadav Vs. State of U.P. & others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel on behalf of State that the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the present contempt application is dismissed.
