Writ petition has been filed for quashing impugned F.I.R. dated 6.11.2018 registered as case crime no. 264 of 2018 under section 364,504,506 I.P.C. Police Station Juhi, District Kanpur Nagar.
F.I.R. was lodged by Shalu wife of one Virendra Kumar on the allegation that the Paraul, wife of petitioner no.2, Jitendra Kumar alias, Jeetu alias Jitendra Bahadur has abducted the husband of the first informant. F..I.R. discloses cognizable offence,as such, the prayer for quashing of F.I.R. is refused.
However, in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the petitioners shall not be arrested till submission of police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. in pursuance of F.I.R registered as crime no. 264 of 2018 under section 364,504,506 I.P.C.
