Heard Shri Sudhakar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 9.10.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 480 of 2018, under sections 279,337,338 IPC P.S. Roza District Shahjahanpur.
Admittedly all offences are bailable.
The writ petition is devoid of merit and is dismissed.
