Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction directing the concerned court i.e A.C.J.M.-VII, Prayagraj to issue the process (Sec. 204 of Cr.P.C.) or to reject (Section 203 of Cr.P.C.) the complaint in Complaint case No. 2342 of 2014 (Virendra Kumar Sing Vs. Sant Lal Maurya.
Considering the facts and submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant it is directed that learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Prayagraj shall decide the complaint case No. 2342 of 2014 within nine months from the date of filing a computer general copy of this order by a reasoned order.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
