Sri Prashant Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to implead Principla, Kashi Naresh P.G. College, Bhadohi as co-respondent no. 5.
The petitioner has made a complaint against on going election before the newly impleaded respondent no. 5 under Clause 23.4 of the Regulations of Students Union.
The respondent no. 5 shall proceed in accordance with law on the aforesaid complaint.
It is clarified that this Court has not interfered with the election process.
Sri Lavlesh Kumar, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents no. 2 and 3.
The writ petition is disposed of.
