Notice on behalf all opposite parties has been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel. The writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-
?(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned ex-parte orders dated 29.06.2021 & 16.07.2021 passed by opposite parties no.1 and 2 as contained in Annexure no.2 and 1 to this writ petition, and the ex-parte report dated 25.06.2021 submitted by the opposite parties no.3 to 5 without affording any opportunity to the petitioner as contained in Annexure no.3 to this writ petition, so far it relates to the petitioner.
(ii) Pass any other order or direction in which this Hon'ble High Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
(iii) Allow the writ petition and award cost of the writ petition."
We have considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and gone through record. We are of the considered view that the writ petition is totally pre-mature and does not call for any interference at this stage. It is accordingly dismissed.
