1. Direction sought by the petitioner upon the District Magistrate to protect his cultivatory position may never be granted by the writ Court. Any grievance of the obstruction being raised by the private respondent contrary to the decision of the Civil Court (as claimed by the petitioner) may remain to be examined in proceedings including those for demarcation, for which the petitioner may approach the appropriate authority in the prescribed manner.
2. In view of the facts noted above, present writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed, leaving all courses open to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate authority.
