Court No. - 21
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 24960 of 2019 Petitioner :- Virendra Kumar Jain Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Abhishek Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Anuj Pratap Singh
Hon'ble Pradeep Kumar Singh Baghel,J. Hon'ble Piyush Agrawal,J.
The petitioner is aggrieved by a communication issued by the second respondent dated 26th December, 2018, whereby information sought by the petitioner has been furnished to him.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Sri Swapnil Kumar, learned counsel for the second and third respondents.
From a perusal of the impugned order it is evident that the petitioner has sought some information vide his letter dated 12th September, 2018 from the second respondent. In response to the said letter, the authority concerned has informed him about the present status of the outstanding dues.
It is obvious that it is not a demand notice issued by the respondents. Hence, we are of the view that no interference is called for in this matter at this stage. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
It is made clear that we have not adjudicated the matter on the merits. Hence, dismissal of this writ petition shall not cause prejudice to the contentions raised by the petitioner.
