JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Om Prakash-VII,J.
Sri Virendra Kumar and Smt. Suman Devi appeared in person along with their counsel. Both have stated that it is not possible for them to live together. They agreed for divorce on payment of Rs.5,00,000/- (rupees five lac) towards permanent alimony, which is to be paid by the appellant to the respondent.
Let both file a joint affidavit.
Put up tomorrow in Chambers at 3-30 P.M.
