We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The present writ petition has been preferred seeking following reliefs:-
"(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 05.11.2020 and 09.01.2020 passed by respondent no. 4, S.D.M., Soraon, Prayagraj ( Annexure No.35 and 36 to the writ petition).
(b) issue a writ , order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 4 not to take any coercive action against the petitioner in pursuance of order dated 05.11.2020 and 09.11.2020.
(c) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to produce entire record of proceedings/ action against the petitioner before this Court."
Once, after the matter has been heard at some length and we have proceeded to indicate our mind in negative, then learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
