Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State, Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the first informant and perused the record.
Applicants seek anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 133 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 452, 354, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Nawabganj, District Kanpur Nagar.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/ surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
