Petitioners claim to be working as Teachers in Ganna Vikas Shishu Shiksha Samiti Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar. The institution has been taken on aid by the State Government vide orders dated 1.1.2018, 10.1.2018 and 20.3.2018. Their grievance is that though orders have been passed for extending benefit of salary to the teachers but specific orders for release of salary to the petitioners have not been issued so far and none of the petitioners are being extended the benefit of Government Order dated 1.1.2018 as well as consequential orders dated 10.1.2018 and 20.3.2018.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioners shall be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioners to approach respondent no.4, in respect of their grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of their claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in light of the orders referred to above, and pass necessary orders in respect of the petitioners' claim, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
