1. Heard Ms. S.G.Patel, learned counsel for the applicant-accused and perused the medical certificate stating that operation of the wife of the applicant-accused is now scheduled on 27/06/2012.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, so also considering the submissions advanced on behalf of both the sides, the application deserves to be allowed.
3. The application is partly allowed and the applicant-accused is directed to be released on temporary bail from 26/06/2012 in connection with Salabatpura police station (Surat) CR No. I - 231 of 2010 for the offences punishable under sections 452, 342, 302, 144, 188, 201 & 212 of Indian Penal Code till 3rd July, 2012 on the condition that he shall furnish personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with on surety of like amount to the sanctification of the concerned jail authority and he shall surrender to the concerned authority on 4th July, 2012.
4. Rule is partly made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
