JUDGMENT / ORDER

At the request of Mr.Mehul H. Rathod, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the matter is adjourned to 18.12.2012.
Mr.Mehul Rathod, learned counsel further submits that the name of Mr.Manan Maheta may be deleted, as he is now being appointed as Assistant Government Pleader.
As the oral request made by Mr.Mehul Rathod, the registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.Manan Maheta, as learned counsel for the applicant in the present application and for respondent no.2 in the main matter i.e Criminal Misc. Application No.17519 of 2011.
