Viraj Chandrakantbhai Shah - ... vs State

Learned advocate for respondent No. 2 Mr. Japan v. Dave, places on record the undertaking dated 27th November, 2012 in pursuance of order dated 8.11.2012 passed by this Court. The same is taken on record. As per the said order dated 8.11.2012, the applicant herein is required to further deposit the balance amount of Rs. 6 lacks by four monthly equal installments of Rs. 1,50,000/-.

2. As per the undertaking, the first installment will be due in December, 2012.

3. In the aforesaid view, put up the matter on 9.01.2013. Interim relief to continue till then.
