Learned advocate Mr.Dagli submits that amount of Rs.01,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) required to be deposited pursuant to the order dated 27th November, 2012 towards first installment becoming due in December, 2012 was brought by the applicant on 21st January, 2013, but could not be deposited for some reason. The matter was kept today. It is stated that the applicant is again come today for depositing of the said amount of Rs.01,50,000/-.
In the above view, the applicant shall deposit the amount of Rs.01,50,000/- towards the installment for the month of December, 2012 by tomorrow and on such deposit, it will be permissible for the respondent No.2 to withdraw the same after undergoing the necessary procedure with the Registry.
Learned advocate Mr.Dagli further states that the applicant will be paying subsequently the installments,which have become due.
It is clarified that the total amount required to be deposited by the applicant is Rs.01,50,000/- only. Interim relief granted earlier, shall stand extended till the next date.
The matter to stand over to 11th March, 2013.
