JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon order of this Court in the similar matter being Criminal Misc. Application No.15456 of 2012 dated 05.11.2012 and contended that in the present matter also, as the petitioners are residing outside the jurisdiction of the Magistrate, issuing process under the mandatory provision of Section 204 of the N.I. Act. Hence, let there be a notice for final disposal, returnable on 13.06.2013.
The proceedings of Criminal Case No.4531 of 2012 qua the present petitioners only be stayed till then.
