JUDGMENT / ORDER

Earlier vide order dated 16.3.2012 passed by this Court (Coram: A.S. Dave, J.) in Special Criminal Application No.539 of 2012, even the JMFC was directed to reconsider the application of the applicant for release of the Muddamal vehicle after hearing HDFC Bank. It appears that HDFC Bank is not joined as party here. Hence, HDFC Bank, Rajkot be joined as party respondent No.2.
Rule returnable on 17.1.2013 for the newly added party respondent No.2. Direct service is permitted.
