Vipul Sharadbhai Vyas vs Jamnagar

The petitioner has relied upon the decision of Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (PIL) 49 of 2011 rendered on 20.01.2012, submitted that the case of present petitioner also would cover by the proposition of law laid down thereunder. The appointment order is extensively read and it was submitted that the fix remuneration against the existing vacancy is not approved by the Court.

Let there be a notice for final disposal returnable on 10.01.2013. Liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case any adverse orders are passed on account of pendency of this petition.
