Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Sant Kabir Nagar to decide the Original Suit No. 1544 of 2016 (Vipul Kumar Verma vs. Raju Verma), pending since 29.11.2016.
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Sant Kabir Nagar to decide the Original Suit No. 1544 of 2016 (Vipul Kumar Verma vs. Raju Verma) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
