Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 07 of 2018, under Sections 326A IPC, P.S. Nangal, District Bijnor, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Considering the fact that the applicant is sole named accused and who who has attributed the role of pouring kerosene oil on the victim and causing superficial deep burn injury on left side forehead face neck B/L back chest, left side breast Axilla left side some small drops on lateral abdomen over her person. Keeping in view the specific role assigned to the applicant, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion in favour of the applicant, the bail application of the applicant is hereby rejected.
However considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case the trial court is expected to gear up the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, provided the applicant render fullest cooperation in early conclusion of the trial.
Office is directed to transmit the order to the concerned trial court within fifteen days for the necessary action and compliance.
