Heard Mr. Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under section 482 Cr. P. C. has been filed challenging the orders dated 8.2.2018 and 5.5.2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Mathura, in Complaint Case No. 476/IX of 2015 (Smt. Preeti Vs. Vipin and others), under section 12 of the Protection Of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Govind Nagar, District Mathura.
Admittedly, against the orders impugned in the present application, the applicant has an statutory alternative remedy by filing an appeal under section 29 of the Protection Of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
In view of the availability of an statutory alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.
It is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
