This petition for writ is preferred for execution of the lease deed in pursuance to the santion of the grant of mining lease in his favour on 5th July, 2008 and 10th August, 2008. The writ petition came up for admission on 24th February, 2011 and again listed on 16th October, 2014. On 16th October, 2014 the same was passed over for a day at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Subsequent thereto, the petition is listed before the Court today only.
None is present to pursue the petition for writ. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
