This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No.229 of 2012 of Women Police Station, CCS Hyderabad for offences under section 498-A of IPC and section 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Heard both sides.

Advocate for petitioners submitted that Police after completion of investigation, filed final report, referring the case as ‘false’ and notice was also issued to the defacto complainant i.e., first respondent herein. Learned counsel produced copy of notice issued by XIII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Nampally, Hyderabad, to the complainant informing that final report is filed referring the case as ‘false’.
4. Recording the submission of Advocate for petitioners and also considering the notice of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Nampally, Hyderabad, dated 6/2/2014, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
