Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner by means of this writ petition has challenged the provisional assessment dated 24.1.2018 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition).
It is not in dispute that against the provisional assessment, the petitioner has already filed his objection on 5.2.2018 before the respondent no. 4 and no order has been passed by him on the objection of the petitioner.
We hope and trust that the respondent no. 1 shall decide the petitioner's objection expeditiously preferably within three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Subject to the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is dismissed as premature.
