Petitioner is aggrieved by a censure entry awarded to him, against which an appeal has also been rejected.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has a remedy of filing a revision under Rule 23 of the Rules of 1991, which has not been availed.
Since the petitioner has not exhausted the alternative remedy available, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue the remedy, as may be available to him in law, this writ petition is consigned to records.
