By means of the present application the applicant, Vipin Kumar is seeking his anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.105 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 354C, 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Adarsh Mandi, District-Shamli.
From the record, it is evident that the applicant has approached this Court after getting her anticipatory bail rejected from the Court of Session vide order dated 21.06.2021.
The perusal of the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the girl, I am not inclined to exercise the power under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the applicant, and thus the present anticipatory bail application is hereby REJECTED. Order Date :- 16.8.2021 Abhishek Sri.
