This is an application filed on behalf of the revisionist with the prayer to dismiss the revision as withdrawn.
It is submitted that the applicant-revisionist does not want to press the instant revision any further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objection to such prayer.
Accordingly, the application is allowed.
