Order on Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 8 of 2021
This is an application for correction of the order dated 1.10.2021.
The correction application is allowed in part.
Necessary corrections in para nos. 21 and 23 of the order have been done. With regard to other corrections, the application is rejected.
In the 21st paragraph of the last line, the date "7th October, 2021" should be read as "8th October, 2021" and in 23rd paragraph of the last line, the word "respondent no. 3" should be read as "respondent no. 2".
