This petition impugns an order dated 3 April 2019 in terms of which the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 2, Kanpur Nagar has granted maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the respondent under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
Despite repeated opportunities, learned counsel for the petitioner was unable to draw the attention of the Court to any material or assertion which may have even remotely established that the fixation of this maintenance was either illegal or onerous. The order suffers from no palpable error.
The petition is dismissed.
