Notices for opposite party Nos.1 and 2 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, notice for opposite party No.3 has been accepted by Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel, whereas notice for opposite party No.4 has been accepted by Sri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel.
Issue notice to the opposite party Nos.5, 6 & 7 returnable at an early date, for which, necessary steps be taken within a week.
Let the counter affidavit be filed by the opposite parties within a period of three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
