This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, interalia, for the following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2, District Magistrate, Fatehpur, District Fatehpur to take proper action against the respondent no. 7 to 10 who are doing objection of the secure (Pakki) drainage of Gaon Sabha situated at village Muradpur, Development Block-Devmai, Tehsil-Bindaki, District- Fatehpur and also direct the respondent no. 2, District Magistrate, Fatehpur, District Fatehpur to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 31.7.2018 pending before him expeditiously within stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Respondent No. 2 to ventilate his grievance, he shall look into the matter and do the needful expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the above observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
