Present application has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,Etah to decide the application moved under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in Case No. 406 of 2019 (Vipin Kumar vs. Shishupal and others), P.S. Jalesar, district-Etah expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Etah to decide the application moved by the applicant under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in Case No. 406 of 2019 (Vipin Kumar vs. Shishupal and others), P.S. Jalesar, district-Etah, expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
