Heard Sri Anil Kumar Bind, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Petitioner is a Consolidation Lekhpal and there is an F.I.R. against him which is under investigation by the police authorities.
The petitioner by means of this writ petition wants that a direction be issued to respondent no.5- Investigating Officer to take evidence of the petitioner and not to take coercive action against him.
The matter is under investigation by the police and the petitioner has no right to dictate as how the investigation is to be carried out.
Accordingly, we are of the view that the petition has filed by the petitioner is highly misconceived.
It is accordingly dismissed.
