JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is a 4th Semester Student in B.A. Economics at the 4th respondent's college. He is challenging Ext. P2 order removing him from the college roll, for the reason that he has not registered for the university examinations due to shortage of attendance/permanent absent in the 4th semester. Inter alia, the petitioner seeks a direction for consideration of Ext.P3 by the 1st respondent, which is submitted seeking condonation of the shortage of attendance. 2. Since the petitioner stands expelled from the 4th respondent's college, the question of condonation of shortage of attendance cannot be considered. If the petitioner is in any manner aggrieved by Ext.P2 order expelling him, it is left open to him to approach the 'Board for adjudication of students grievance' attached to the 2nd respondent University. If the petitioner approaches the said authority in any appeal along with any interim application, the Board shall consider the question of WP(C). 16353 /2014 2 granting interim relief at the earliest, at any rate within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of such application. The appeal shall also be disposed of at the earliest possible.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
