This petition has been filed for a direction to the court below to decide the Suit No. 289 of 2016 (Vipin Bihari Lal Vs. Guddu Khan and others) within stipulated period.
A perusal of the record as available on the paper book reveals that the suit for permanent injunction was filed on 6.5.2016 against the defendant-respondent nos. 2 to 5. The entire proceedings of the order-sheet of the court below has not been filed. Only a certified copy of the order of the court below dated 22.11.2018 has been filed, which does not reveal the stage of the suit in the court below. There is no averment in the petition specifying the stage of the suit.
In view of the aforesaid facts, no relief as claimed for can be granted and this petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
