JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the production, sale and distribution of petitioner’s Bio Products such as More 69, James bond, Supreme, Warrior, Vinzyme L, Vinzyme-G, Vibha, Victoree, Visisht, Dandi, Foster, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents not to interfere with in any manner with the production, sale and distribution of products produced by the petitioner and marketed through its direct marketing staff and also through the licensed dealers/stockiest etc permitted under the Insecticides Act, 1968, Seeds Act and the Fertilizers (Control) Order 1985.”
After arguing the case, Mr. L.V.S. Nagaraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition with relevant documentary proof in support of its plea that it has already established the factory and been selling the products since the year 2006.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.42177 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
