Having considered the application forwarded by the applicant-accused through jail, so also considering the fact that conviction recorded by the Trial Court is imprisonment for life and the fact that he remained absconding for 3199 days while he was granted temporary bail in the Year-1997, the application is devoid of any merits and hence, dismissed.
