JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned advocate for the petitioners prays for permission to amend the Memorandum of the petition in order to replace the word "review" with the word "revision" pertaining to the order passed by the Addl. Secretary (Appeals). Permission to do so, is granted. The necessary amendment may be carried out forthwith.
