Heard Mr. N.R. Mehta, learned advocate, for the appellant and it is submitted that the judgment and award impugned, prima facie, reveal non application of mind on the part of the claim Tribunal and inspite of evidence brought to the notice to the extent of disability certificate of the injured minor was produced on record certifying 22% of disability, the above evidence is discarded without any justifiable reasons.

In view of the above, Admit.

The matter is fixed finally on 13.7.2012.
