Vinuben vs Vinodkumar

The issue involved in this appeal is squarely covered by the decision of the Apex Court Court in the case of National Insurance Company Ltd. Vs. Sinitha and Others, reported in 2011(13) SCALE 85 (=2012(2) SCC 356). However, Mr. Desai, learned counsel for the appellant is not present. In the interest of justice, as a last chance, matter is adjourned to 22.03.2012.

It is made clear that on the next date of hearing if Mr. Desai is not present he shall make alternate arrangement failing which the matter shall be taken up even in absence of learned counsel for the appellant.
